Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I spent all of last week getting those 9 pounds I gained back to come off again! I really got back to basics and upped the protein and cut the carbs, upped the water. Well, they came off! So Monday, I had to go to town and I talked myself into going to Sports Authority and buying me a step aerobics step. I have been SOOO stuck!!!

Okay I at first blamed it on the move, we didnt eat dinner at the table much during the move, just fending for ourselves kinda. So then I blamed it on TOM, ya know, weight gain from water retention. Well, then I realized that since the move, I have been watching way too much TV again, and I snack A LOT!! So now I have been trying to plan my food the nite before and only have breakfast lunch and dinner and two snacks. I have been doing good, started Monday and have taken off 5 lbs. already. UUUGGGGHHHH

We are finally moved, I have been sick the whole time and it rained the whole time too. I love the new place though, my cats do too! Living in a two storey house again but NOT 315 lbs. is great! I used to huff and puff my way up and down the stairs in our first home, I even gave up the Master bedroom for the smaller bedroom downstairs once, just to avoid the stairs! Just for the blog of it...

I am so excited that we are moving!! The house that I wanted too!!!! Had to pay extra deposit for my cats, but I wont go anywhere without them!! We will be doing a ONE DAY move!! This will be interesting!! I love the new house, and the yard, we have a creek!!!! I have been packing and packing and packing!LOL I made my poor son go with me to scrounge for boxes, he was SO embarrassed!! I had a good laugh though!!! Happy One Year!!

Well, yesterday was my one year surgivercery!! Everything is going good and on target so they tell me. I know it is, just sometimes, it's hard to believe it..lol. Some numbers, I am weighing in at 165, I have lost 134 since the day of surgery and have lost 80% of my excess weight...YEAH! I am carring 55 pounds of fat on me right now which will I am still working on...lol. The big thing was my BMI is now at 27 so I am no longer considered obese!!
