Deviled Egg Spread by Tberra

4 medium eggs
2tbs low fat mayo
1 tsp dried minced onion
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp sweet or hot paprika
salt and pepper to taste
boil eggs for 18 minutes
run cold water over eggs for 1-2 minutes until eggs are cool enough to handle
peel eggs and cut into quarters place eggs and all other ingredients in food processor or mini chopper and blend 15 seconds until almost smooth
makes 4 servings
